Return & Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags.Also an opening video is necessary. The merchandise return is valid within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?
Shipping & returns if any is free within India.

Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at sitatexsales@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 3 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.

  • All courier charges for return will be borne by you.
  • Sitas reserves the right to inspect a returned product before processing the refund.
  • In case of a Refund, the amount will be refunded using the same online mode of payment through which it was originally made within 15 days of the Return policy for sitas (Valid only for domestic orders)

When will I get my refund?

You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.
Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
