We deliver to all and any postal address around the globe and in India at a minimal cost. However, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you provide a full street address with pin code/zip code.
For Domestic shipments,the courier will be shipped in 7-10 business working days, In case of metro cities, the courier will be delivered in 10-12 business working days.
For international shipments, some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answer the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in all international countries with the 5-day work culture.

In many Islamic countries, Friday is a normal day off. Further deliveries are generally made
during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
For alteration requirements, our Professional masters will take measurements on a video call. As we are taking virtual measurements if any minor alteration is required after receiving the order, you need to do it at your end.
In case of video call ordering, before dispatching the order , we will be adding product images with all the details in your "My Account" .
After sending you the Dispatch confirmation Email, If we do not receive any email confirmation from your end within 24 hours, we shall ship your order from our end.
The shipping cost is not included in each item's price. We have Fair & Transparent shipping rates.
Domestic and International shipping/handling rates are based on the size of your order. Shipping rates are based on per Kg of the product. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
Also, be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package, or it is refused for any reason, Sitas will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Sitas attempt re-shipment of the same order.
The Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will be bared by the customer. The further attempts by courier companies for delivery costs will also be barred by customers as rescheduling charges
Sitas is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Sitas will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency. If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days, and after confirmation from the customer, then we will reprocess/reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability
As soon as the product is dispatched, we will email you regarding the shipment of your
order, when the product is handed over to the Courier.
An email will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail along with
the date of expected delivery.
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Sitas. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
All products are firstly polythene packed & taped with Sitas’ tag. Then delivered to the courier service person.
For each product, we have mentioned the time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative & approx values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on a case-to-case basis depending on the availability of the product and other factors. It is advisable to email us with the product codes to get a more accurate time to ship estimates .
In some cases, if a customer has selected products from different shipping day categories, the overall dispatch date will be applicable as per higher shipping days of their selected products.
If for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filing an order, we will notify you by email and for the same, no compensation will be given.
However, any dates for delivery are approximate only, and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to give you a Credit Note for the unfulfilled part of the order (especially in festive collection).
Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, earthquakes, Tsunami, etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.
